Genki Groupでは、オンライン表彰式 Genki Group Award 介護領域を実施しています。

全国の拠点より毎年多数の職員が参加され、受賞者のエピソードや受賞施設の取り組みを共有し、日々の業務に改めて向き合う時間となっています。
個人表彰では、毎年10年から40、45年までの勤続を称える『永年勤続表彰』や、Genki Groupのクレドを体現し、他者の模範となる職員を賞する『感動介護大賞』
チーム表彰では、稼働実績だけではなくグループ内のケアマニュアルの浸透度合いや職員満足度など、多くの要素が最も優れている施設を表彰する『Genki Group of the Year』がございます。
